Sarah Khasawneh


Sarah Khasawneh is an associate in the Doha office and her experience varies between regional and international clients on a wide-range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters focusing on governmental projects, drafting proposed legislations, company incorporation, annual maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Sarah also has experience in airline passenger liability and a variety of aviation matters.

  • Advising a large global food chain on its local activities in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  • Advising a listed real estate company on various corporate matters, including licensing, compliance, and annual maintenance.
  • Providing clients with legal opinions and advice under the Jordanian Legislative system.
  • Worked closely with international bodies towards reforming various aspects of the Jordanian legislations, including business activities, transportation, and educational sectors.
  • Advising two large air carriers on a variety of matters, including passenger complaint handling.
  • Advising high end fashion companies on a variety of matters relating to their corporate structuring and annual maintenance.
