Rebecca Lennon Baskin is an associate in the firm’s New York office and a member of the White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement Group. Her practice focuses on representing individuals in a variety of criminal and regulatory investigations, conducting internal investigations, and preparing individuals to give testimony to agencies and before Congress. Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Rebecca served as a law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and as a litigation associate in the New York office of an AmLaw 100 firm.

During law school, Rebecca held judicial internships at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and was a legal intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of the Student Honors Program. She also represented victims of domestic abuse in D.C. Superior Court as a member of Georgetown’s Domestic Violence Clinic and served as a senior staff editor for The Tax Lawyer. Rebecca has been published in Georgetown’s Journal on Gender and the Law.

Before attending law school, Rebecca served as a paralegal specialist on the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
