Peter J. Park is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Washington, D.C. office. He is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Group, focusing in the areas of patent prosecution and litigation. Peter has worked with various domestic and foreign clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to individual inventors. Peter is fluent in Korean.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Peter was an associate at IP boutique firms in New Jersey and Washington D.C., where he prepared and prosecuted numerous patent applications directed to various technologies, such as wireless communication, telecommunication, networking hardware, autonomous vehicles, visual rendering, displays, encryption, batteries, mechanical devices, and computer software. In addition, Peter has been involved in various phases of patent litigation—e.g., conducting pre-litigation due diligence, drafting and answering complaints, drafting various motions, preparing claim charts, and contentions. Also, Peter twice served as an extern at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he examined patent applications directed to illumination devices, barcode technology, and integrated circuits.

Peter graduated with honors from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he was a pupil of the Arthur J. Gajarsa American Inn of Court and a Daniel Webster Honor Scholar.  While in law school, Peter was the winner of the Northeast Region ACTL/TYLA National Trial Competition and served on the Moot Court Board. He was the recipient of the Howard J. Nedved Commencement Award and the Ralph Baer Family Patent Scholarship. Peter received a B.S., in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia.
