Paul I. Sung is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Orange County office and is a member of the firm’s Antitrust Group. Paul is a complex litigator with a focus on antitrust law, including representing Fortune 500 companies in antitrust recovery actions and defending clients in civil antitrust litigation.

Paul has substantial experience litigating in trial, pretrial, and appellate proceedings in both state and federal courts. Furthermore, Paul has experience defending clients in complex international arbitrations involving eight and nine figure disputes, including second chairing an International Chamber of Commerce arbitration in London on behalf of the Republic of Ghana concerning €50 million in damages.

Paul is also actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Orange County Korean American Bar Association where he serves as vice president, and dedicates his time as a volunteer attorney at various low-income pro bono clinics in Orange County.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Paul externed for the Honorable Sheri Pym of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Paul received his B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. At Virginia, Paul founded the Korean American Law Student Organization as its inaugural president and interned at the Legal Aid Justice Center in its Child Advocacy Clinic.
