Nick Gibbon

Nick Gibbon is a consultant to Crowell & Moring in London and works with their Corporate Group.

Previously a partner with Allen & Overy and DAC Beachcroft, Nick has spent the last three decades helping clients successfully complete corporate deals including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, fundraisings, joint ventures, investments, and reorganisations.

He has advised companies operating in a variety of sectors and at all stages of their corporate lives: from start up, through fundraisings and M&A, to listing on public markets, and (in some cases) being taken over or reconstructed. Much of his work has been in regulated sectors and cross-border; he has led the legal advice on international deals involving North America, Asia, and Western Europe in particular.
