Neville R. Jiang is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Tax Group and resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Neville practices in the areas of federal tax controversy and litigation, corporate planning, and state and local taxation. Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Neville was an attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, in the Office of the Associate Chief Counsel (Income Tax & Accounting). At the IRS, Neville drafted numerous letter rulings and collaborated with Treasury officials on policy and administrative guidance. Neville also worked closely with trial attorneys from the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and Department of Justice on tax accounting litigation matters. Furthermore, Neville frequently spoke as an IRS representative on tax accounting topics.

Neville is a graduate of Virginia Tech and The University of Maryland School of Law. Neville is a Virginia CPA, formerly with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and is admitted to practice law in New York.
