Michelle Onibokun is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm’s Government Contracts and White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement groups.

In her practice, Michelle represents a variety of corporate and individual clients in all phases of white collar criminal and related civil matters. She assists clients by analyzing exposure to potential criminal liability and conducting internal investigations, False Claims Act (FCA) investigations, and Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) investigations. Michelle also represents government contractors on pricing issues, mandatory disclosures, and bid protests in front of the Government Accountability Office (GAO).

Michelle maintains an active pro bono practice. In addition to assisting an investigation into allegations of potential malfeasance by an executive director of a nonprofit organization, Michelle also represents low-income individuals in immigration proceedings.

Michelle received her J.D. from Harvard Law School. While there, she interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Major Crimes Division and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in the Child Protection and Human Trafficking Units.

Michelle received her A.B. from Brown University in political science and Africana studies.
