Margaux is an antitrust litigator who uses her experience on both sides of the “v” to craft client-centric litigation strategies in high-stakes antitrust actions.  Experienced at driving cases from inception through trial, Margaux works across diverse industries, with particular experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical markets and in recovering damages on behalf of entities victimized by price-fixing cartels.

Originally from New York City, Margaux studied in Scotland where she earned her doctorate in English literature. After returning to the east coast, she taught art history and literature in colleges around New York City before deciding to go to law school. It was at law school where Margaux developed a passion for antitrust law. That passion continues to drive Margaux’s practice today, which now includes extensive experience litigating antitrust cases involving price-fixing, market and customer allocation, group boycotts, and pay-for-delay under state and federal antitrust and unfair competition laws. A strategic advisor to clients, Margaux works with companies at every step of the litigation process, from pre-case strategy to appeals, and in forums ranging from large multi-district litigation (MDL) and class actions to governmental enforcement proceedings. Margaux is focused on achieving the right outcome for clients, employing a holistic approach to litigation that’s tailored to obtain optimal results.

Margaux is also deeply invested in her pro bono practice. She has successfully represented clients in immigration bond hearings and defended depositions on behalf of pro se litigants in commercial disputes. Margaux has also briefed and argued compassionate release motions under the First Step Act that have resulted in sentence reductions of life without parole to time served.
