Lynn Hsieh


Lynn Hsieh is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Labor & Employment Group in the New York office.

Lynn represents management in labor and employment matters, including individual and class actions filed under federal and state anti-discrimination and related employment laws, such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Her practice also includes the defense of claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), state and local wage and hour laws, as well as whistleblower, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and workplace tort claims.

In addition to her litigation practice, Lynn counsels clients on human resources and employment issues, such as anti-discrimination laws and compliance, employee discipline and discharge, state and federal leave laws, and reductions in force. She also assists employers in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Lynn was a labor and employment associate at a mid-sized New York law firm. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Lynn graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she served as an articles editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law. She holds a bachelor's degree from Stony Brook University.
