Joe Lines is a senior counsel in Crowell & Moring’s Affirmative Recovery Practice. He represents corporate clients in a variety of recovery matters, focusing on antitrust and supply chain recovery. He also advises large manufacturers and Fortune 500 legal departments on strategies to strengthen their affirmative recovery programs.

Prior to entering private practice, Joe spent 35 years as in-house counsel with an American multinational corporation focused on a variety of complex civil litigation matters. During his tenure as legal counsel, he litigated and provided counsel on matters involving dealer and franchise relationships, as well as all aspects of putative class action matters involving claimed product defects. He also played an instrumental role in helping to create and manage the affirmative recovery practice, which maximized antitrust and other recoveries for the company.
