LaTonya Sims is a Senior Law Clerk in the Antitrust & Competition and White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement groups in Crowell & Moring's Washington, D.C., office.
LaTonya's work in the White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement Group includes cases involving theft of trade secrets and securities investigation defense. Her work in the Antitrust & Competition Group includes researching no-poach agreements. LaTonya is active in the firm’s pro bono practice and is currently a member of a team representing organizational plaintiffs in a voting rights litigation in Georgia.
While in law school, she served as a judicial intern at the Prince George's County Circuit Court, a member of the Goler Teal Butcher International Moot Court Team, a teaching assistant for first-year contracts, a student-attorney in the Intellectual Property and Patent clinic, and a participant in the National Patent Drafting Competition. As a member of the Patent clinic, LaTonya conducted patent searches, drafted, and filed a patent application on behalf of her client.
