Kyle Pham is an associate in the Litigation and Technology & Brand Protection groups at Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on technology-related litigation, intellectual property, and advertising. Kyle counsels start-up companies and larger corporations on trademark protection and enforcement, helping them grow and maintain their brands throughout the world. As a litigator, he represents clients in federal court, state court, arbitration, and ITC investigations.
During law school, Kyle represented Detroit-based entrepreneurs at the Community Enterprise Clinic and served as an editor for the Michigan Journal of Race and Law. Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Kyle interned at the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and the Pro Bono Institute.
