Overview

Kyle Lyons-Burke is an associate in the Mass Tort, Product, and Consumer Litigation Group in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office. Kyle focuses his practice on complex litigation and class actions.

His litigation experience includes defending Fortune 100 companies in matters involving PFAS, groundwater contamination, and landfill contamination. Kyle has also defended a consumer products manufacturer in personal injury and wrongful death actions.

Prior to joining Crowell, Kyle was an associate at an Am Law 50 firm, and he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lanier R. Anderson III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. While in law school, he was articles editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review.

He maintains an active pro bono practice that focuses on civil rights issues.
