Kimberly Mejía-Cuéllar


Kimberly Mejía-Cuéllar is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s San Francisco office. Kim’s practice focuses on antitrust and complex civil litigation. Kim represents clients in the technology and health care industries. She also maintains an active pro bono practice in civil rights and immigration and asylum.

A graduate of Yale University and Columbia Law School, she began her legal career as a paralegal at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. She interned at the American Civil Liberties Union’s Immigrants’ Rights Project in college and law school. Kim has interned for the Honorable Jenny Rivera of the New York Court of Appeals, worked on international human rights through the Human Rights Clinic, assisted with asylum cases, and worked with Equally American to further the rights of people in U.S. territories. She was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar at Columbia Law. She will clerk in the Southern District of New York in spring 2023.
