Katie Yablonka is a counsel in the Antitrust & Competition Group in Crowell & Moring's San Francisco office, where she represents both corporate plaintiffs and defendants in complex antitrust litigation in federal and state court.
Katie is currently representing a multi-national automobile manufacturer to recover overcharges caused by an international price-fixing cartel. She also represents a major health care company against claims of monopolization and attempted monopolization brought by a competitor.
Katie also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in asylum and clemency matters. Further, she serves on the Advisory Board of OneJustice, a non-profit organization whose aim to is to expand civil legal help for Californians in need.
Before joining Crowell & Moring, Katie represented corporate clients and individuals in intellectual property and commercial litigation matters in a prominent law firm based in Southern California.
While in law school, she served as a senior editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law and interned for the Honorable Deborah A. Batts of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Before law school, Katie taught middle school in Seville, Spain, where she helped develop the school's bilingual curriculum.
