Katie Lee is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s San Francisco office. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.
During law school, Katie was awarded the Class of 2019 Student Services Award. Katie served as co-president of the Student Association at Berkeley Law, a supervising articles editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law, and an intern for the International Human Rights Law Clinic. Katie was also a legal extern for the Oakland City Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California.
Prior to joining the firm, Katie clerked for two years in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California for the Hon. William Q. Hayes. Katie managed proceedings in civil matters including class actions; bankruptcy appeals; admiralty limitation of liability suits; federal habeas corpus petitions; and cases involving civil rights, trademark infringement, public nuisance, breach of contract, indemnity, and tort claims.
