Ji Lee's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution. With experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation and investigations before the International Trade Commission (ITC), she represents a diverse range of clients in the consumer products manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.

Ji’s experience spans from pre-litigation analysis and pre-trial activities to trial, including fact and expert discovery, Markman strategy and briefing, and motion practices. Her ITC practice covers investigations of alleged patent and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair importation.

Prior to law school, Ji worked as a research assistant in the automotive industry, specifically with respect to synthetic rubber for tires, and biodegradable materials for food packaging.

She is also passionate about helping those in need. While attending Wake Forest University, Ji was honored with the President’s Volunteer Service Award for providing over 200 hours of community service.
