Jennifer Rodriguez is an associate in Crowell & Moring's New York office and a member of the firm's Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and U.S. securities transactions. She frequently helps clients draft and negotiate general commercial contracts. Jennifer represents companies across a broad range of industries, including energy, financial services, retail and consumer goods, and media and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Jennifer worked at a corporate and securities law firm in New York, where she provided general corporate counseling, drafted documents for private and public securities offerings, and worked on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that position, Jennifer was a legal analyst at a fund of hedge funds, where she evaluated hedge funds from a corporate governance perspective and drafted side letters on behalf of the fund-of-funds.

Jennifer received her J.D. from New York University School of Law.

  • Represented R3CEV and a consortium of banks in their collaborative exploration of distributed ledger and blockchain technology.
