Jenevieve Discar is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office and is a member of the firm's Litigation and International Dispute Resolution groups. Jenevieve focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation.

Jenevieve also has experience representing foreign and domestic clients in Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA) litigation, including victims of terrorism arising from the 1983 and 1984 attacks on the U.S. Embassy and Annex in Beirut, Lebanon.

Jenevieve earned her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, with an international and comparative law specialization. While in law school, she served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. Jenevieve graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University with a B.A. in international studies.
