Galen Sallomi is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Commercial Litigation and Insurance/Reinsurance groups. His insurance practice involves representing and counseling insurers who are engaged in coverage disputes. The other half of his practice involves litigating complex contractual disputes, such as patent licenses, commercial real estate leases, insurance contracts, LLC member agreements, and commercial strategic agreements.
Galen received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of California, Hastings with a concentration in civil litigation and dispute resolution. He is an associate member of the Edward J. McFetridge American Inn of Court. While in law school, he worked for the Honorable William H. Orrick, III and the Honorable John Munter, competed in the Roger Traynor moot court competition, served as executive symposium editor for the Hastings Women's Law Journal, and participated in Crowell & Moring's Summer Associate program.
Before law school, Galen worked as a field archeologist in the Great Lakes region.
