Erica Garcia-Jasso is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office and is a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Litigation groups. Erica’s recent experiences include:

  • Representing United Technologies in its proposed $30 billion acquisition of Rockwell Collins.
  • Representing AT&T in its proposed acquisition of Time Warner Inc.
  • Representing a third party in a Part 3 administrative trial by the Federal Trade Commission.  
  • Ongoing dispute resolution of complex commercial disputes between health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and retail pharmacies.

Erica received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a Dean’s Fellow for the law school’s Legal Research and Writing Program. During law school, Erica interned at the Department of Justice’s Constitutional & Specialized Tort Litigation Section, as well as at a national law firm focusing on healthcare and employment law matters. Erica also worked at The Jacob Burns Community Legal Clinics as a student attorney for the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, where she represented low-income clients in wage and hour and unemployment compensation claims. Erica received her undergraduate degree from the University of Dallas, where she graduated magna cum laude.
