Emma Cunningham


Emma Cunningham is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Orange County office, where she practices in the firm’s Antitrust & Competition and Litigation groups.

Emma received her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she served as the editor-in-chief of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. While in law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Virginia A. Phillips in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She also supervised a task force on legal research for Professor Michael Chaslow in coordination with Gould’s Small Business Clinic. Emma earned her B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated with high honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. As part of her undergraduate studies, she was named a Regents’ and Chancellor's Scholar and earned a research grant from the Middle Eastern Studies Department to travel to the Middle East as part of a delegation of University of California students.

Emma joined Crowell & Morning as a summer associate in 2020. Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, she interned for the district office of a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and a political consulting firm. She also worked as a paralegal in Southern California.
