Dylan Burstein is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Los Angeles office, where he practices in the Commercial Litigation and Antitrust groups. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.
Dylan received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated Order of the Coif. In law school, Dylan served as a problem developer on UCLA’s Moot Court Honors Board, authoring the fact pattern and judicial opinion for UCLA’s spring Moot Court competition. Dylan also completed an externship with the Honorable André Birotte, Jr., U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and worked as a law clerk for the Ventura County Public Defender’s Office. Dylan earned his B.A. in political science and Spanish, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
