Daniel Vinish is a counsel with Crowell & Moring's New York office. As a senior litigator and advisor with broad experience in several fields, Dan has handled complex litigation of contractual and other business-to-business disputes involving trade secrets, specialty financial products, reinsurance, fraud, intellectual property rights, and a wide array of commercial matters. Dan has substantial experience leading all phases of pre-trial discovery and trial, in addition to counseling clients on litigation avoidance strategies. Dan is also highly experienced in the field of arbitration, having handled both international and domestic disputes under numerous special purpose rules and those of the JCAA, AAA, JAMS, and ARIAS.
Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the United States Court of International Trade.
