Christopher R. Hebdon is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office, where he practices in the Government Contracts and Privacy & Cybersecurity groups. Chris’s practice focuses on a range of litigation and counseling matters at the intersection of government contracts and cybersecurity. His government contracts practice includes bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and Court of Federal Claims and contract claims before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, as well as internal investigations and client counseling. Chris’s privacy and cybersecurity practice covers a range of counseling engagements, including compliance reviews, risk assessments, due diligence, and incident response.
Chris is also an active member of Crowell & Moring’s pro bono program, where he represents service-disabled veterans before the Board of Veterans' Appeals.
Chris received his law degree, with honors, from The George Washington University Law School, where he published two academic works as a member of the Public Contract Law Journal. While attending GW Law, Chris also interned with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He received his undergraduate degree in political science (B.A., magna cum laude) from The George Washington University.
