Christopher Gerardot focuses his practice on drafting and prosecuting patents and managing US and foreign patent portfolios for both large and small clients. He strives to understand his clients’ business objectives to offer the best possible service.
Christopher has a strong background in mechanical engineering, and his patent prosecution experience spans many fields and technologies including advanced 3D printing, medical devices, footwear, textile manufacturing, automotive transmissions, construction equipment, power transmission equipment, and cosmetics. He also has patent litigation experience in district court and has represented several pro bono clients.
