Cathleen Green is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Orange County office, where she practices in the Antitrust Group. She focuses her practice on pursuing and maximizing claims in large antitrust settlements on behalf of a broad range of national and international clients.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring’s Antitrust Group, Cathleen served as corporate counsel of Onestop Internet Inc. In that capacity, she provided the company with general corporate guidance while serving as first-chair to draft and negotiate various multi-million dollar commercial contracts with globally recognized brands, including technology transactions, licensing agreements, marketing agreements, independent contractor agreements, and term sheets. Additionally, Cathleen provided the company with litigation and risk management counseling, including managing outside counsel, reviewing corporate insurance policies, providing employment law counseling, attending mediations, and negotiating settlement agreements.

Cathleen has also served as corporate counsel to GDC Digital Cinema Network USA LLC, where she focused mainly on the expansion of theatrical digital projection in the U.S. and Latin America. There, Cathleen drafted and negotiated various commercial contracts related to digital media such as theatrical distribution agreements, exhibition agreements, and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and performed due diligence to facilitate a large securities transaction with a Fortune 500 company. 

Cathleen received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she received an entering academic scholarship. While in law school, Cathleen volunteered in the Young Lawyers mock trial advocacy program and externed at the California Women’s Legal Center. Prior to law school, Cathleen attended the University of Arizona on an academic scholarship, earning a bachelor of arts in journalism and graduating cum laude in 2010.
