Brittney Williams is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm’s Commercial Finance & Lending team. Her practice focuses on commercial financing as well as asset-backed and real estate loan transactions. Brittney has experience with transactions in a range of industries, including financial services and student loan financing.
Brittney received her B.A. in political philosophy, policy, and law as well as psychology from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was both an Echols Scholar and a Raven Society Scholar. During law school, she assisted in the Civil Rights Pro Bono Clinic and sat as membership chair for the Black Law Student Association.
