Benson McGrath is a discovery attorney in the E-Discovery & Information Management Practice in Crowell & Moring’s San Francisco office. Benson’s practice focuses on electronic discovery issues in a wide range of practice areas, including Antitrust, Litigation, Health Care, and White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement. Benson has particular expertise in leveraging technical tools and experience to provide in-depth analysis and efficiency to managed review at all stages of the litigation process.
Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Benson was senior project manager for an e-discovery boutique solution design and service delivery company. In that role, Benson managed multiple litigations for Fortune 200 companies as well as created and implemented strategies and protocols in every phase throughout the EDIM process, from information governance to trial presentation.
