Rebecca is a partner in Crowell & Moring’s white collar and regulatory enforcement group, where her practice focuses on internal investigations and representation of corporations and individuals in investigations being conducted by the U.S. Attorney’s Offices, SEC, DOJ, FINRA, and state Attorney General offices, among other agencies.  Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Rebecca was an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and served as the First Assistant Attorney General in the State of New Jersey, the second highest ranking official in the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office.
