SolarWinds and Navigating Uncertain and Evolving Threats

December 21, 2020 • Webinar

Starts: 3:00 PM (EST)
Ends: 4:00 PM (EST)

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (“CISA”) warned that the recent cybersecurity attack on SolarWinds poses a “grave” and “unacceptable” risk to the U.S. government and the nation’s critical infrastructure and issued an Emergency Directive calling on all federal civilian agencies to review their networks and take mitigation and remediation measures including disconnecting or powering down SolarWinds Orion products immediately.

These unprecedented attacks also put thousands of organizations, including government contractors and SolarWinds’ customers, at risk, and leading to many questions and concerns about how organizations must respond, prudent steps at this juncture, forensic investigations, complex disclosure obligations, and coordination with commercial and government partners.

In this webinar, practitioners with decades of legal and technical experience to managing cybersecurity incidents will discuss novel issues, best practices, and potential legal consideration triggered by the rapidly evolving situation.
