Please join us for the next edition of Third Thursday – Crowell & Moring’s Labor and Employment Update, a webinar series dedicated to helping our clients stay on top of developing law and emerging compliance issues.

State legislatures and courts have been busy this year making changes to the law, many of which go into effect in the New Year. These new laws include bans on certain pre-employment inquiries and specific clauses in employment-related agreements, greater harassment and discrimination protections, and changes to employee leave entitlements. 

During this webinar, we will discuss recent developments in the law, and trends to watch for in the coming months. We will also discuss best practices for employers responding to these trends and whether they warrant changes to employment practices and policies.
