Join us for a discussion featuring G. Zachary Terwilliger, United States Attorney, Eastern District of Virginia.

Sitting at the epicenter of federal government contracting, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia is responsible for investigating and prosecuting all federal criminal and civil actions within its jurisdiction.

As a member of the Department of Justice Working Group focused on Fraud on the Government, with a particular emphasis on contracting and grants, Mr. Terwilliger has a unique perspective on the government’s approach to combating procurement fraud.  In addition, as a recently appointed member of the Attorney General's Advisory Committee, Mr. Terwilliger serves among a select group of U.S. Attorneys hand-picked to advise the Attorney General on key policy, management, and operational issues impacting the Department.

We’ll discuss with Mr. Terwilliger the latest enforcement trends in procurement fraud, how the government is prioritizing white collar investigations amidst intense DOJ focus on violent crime, opioids, and national security, and robust compliance programs.

Please join us on December 3, 2019 for our program, which will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. with a light reception to follow.

This discussion is for government contractors only, no outside law firms, government personnel, or press.
