We represent landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions involving ground, space, net, and other tax-advantaged leases. We also advise clients on real estate issues involved in mergers, acquisitions and other major transactions ranging from $500 million to $2 billion in value.
Our distressed asset practice is comprehensive. We counsel clients in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of distressed loan portfolios, as well as in loan workouts, bankruptcy sales, and debtor-in-possession financing.
