Washington, D.C. – February 2, 2015: Crowell & Moring, LLP represented New Jersey-based Yashi, Inc., a location focused online video programmatic platform, in its sale to Nexstar Broadcasting Group, a leading diversified media company. The sale price was approximately $35 million, and the deal was led by partner Sam Feigin and included partners Kelly Howard, Jen Ray and Jonathan Lindsay, and associates Rose Plato and Joel Wood.
