Crowell & Moring's Insurance/Reinsurance Group Adds Depth With New Reinsurance Partner
Washington, D.C. – March, 30 2006: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce the addition of partner William C. O'Neill to the firm's Insurance/Reinsurance Group. Based in the Washington, DC office, O'Neill provides increased depth in the field of reinsurance arbitration and litigation.

O'Neill's clients include cedents and reinsurers in both property/casualty and life reinsurance matters. He has represented clients in arbitrations and litigations involving actuarial and agency issues, contract interpretation, fraud, misrepresentation, underwriting practices, and allegations of misconduct by brokers and managing general underwriters. He also counsels clients regarding reinsurance business matters, including reinsurance claims, settlements, and commutations. O'Neill joins Crowell & Moring from Chadbourne & Parke LLP.
