• Crowell & Moring grabbed Cadwalader’s health care group, all nine lawyers, to start its own New York-based healthcare practice. Partners Paul Mourning and Stephanie Marcantonio led the group of transactional lawyers and litigators out the door. Mourning, who leaves his former firm after 35 years, said the health care practice was “an interesting sidebar” at Cadwalader, which was “very much focused on the financial services industry.” ( New York Law Journal )
