Practicing Procurement Law in Europe

The George Washington University Law School Government Procurement Law Program, in cooperation with the ABA Section of International Law's International Procurement Committee, and the ABA Public Contract Law ection’s International Procurement Committee, present a special session on: Practicing Procurement Law in Europe. Four European procurement lawyers -- a British barrister, a former senior official in the French government, the leader of a major German procurement practice, and a senior associate in an international firm in Brussels -- will discuss what it’s like to work in public procurement in the European Union, where rocurement law is rapidly emerging as an important field of practice.
