Please join The US-China Business Council, Moody’s, and Crowell & Moring for a briefing featuring Erin Ennis, senior vice president of the US-China Business Council, Anne Van Praagh, Managing Director, Sovereign Risk Group, Moody’s, and Olivier Antoine, Counsel, Crowell & Moring, to discuss business and investment issues in the US-China commercial relationship.
Van Praagh will discuss the creditworthiness of China, as well as economic trends and signals important to US companies operating in the market. Ennis will discuss the current operating environment for US companies in China, including the Bilateral Investment Treaty, and top issues such as competition, intellectual property and foreign investment restrictions.
Antoine will address the impact of China’s anti-monopoly law on cross border merger & acquisitions and antitrust compliance. A question-and-answer session will follow panelist presentations.
