On March 31 and April 1, 2016, the Fordham Intellectual Property Law and Policy Conference will return to Fordham University School of Law in New York City.
Jim Stronski will speak at this event on March 31. His topic: “Criminal Prosecution of Trade Secret Theft Under the Economic Espionage Act, 18 USC 1831-37: a Trend in the Cybercrime Age.” Jan-Diederik Lindemans will also speak on April 1. His topic: “Will the Unified Patent Court be Troll-Proof?”
