Government officials now estimate that $300 billion worth of US trade secret information is stolen annually.Trade secret litigation continues to grow exponentially, as technology makes it easier and easier for employees and partners to misappropriate data and attempt to cover their tracks.

It is more important than ever to learn the fundamentals of trade secret protection, understand how the America Invents Act will impact the usage of trade secret protection in the future, and understand what you and your client need to do to protect your confidential information from cyber attacks and trade secret theft.
