Corporate Counsel Litigation Forum: A peer-to-peer conversation on trends in intellectual property

January 28, 2015 • Webinar

Starts: 2:00 PM (EST)
Ends: 3:30 PM (EST)

This webinar is for in-house counsel only. In the webinar, in-house panelists will discuss trends in intellectual property litigation and their priorities and goals for dealing with those trends in 2015. The panel will take questions and engage participants in a discussion of at least the following topics:

  • How effective are IPRs? How have they changed the litigation landscape?
  • Are the business models of NPEs and PAEs changing?
  • What is the likelihood of new patent or trade secret legislation?
  • What is the next big thing?

This is the first in a series of programs designed specifically for in-house counsel. Future programs will include hot substantive topics, such as privacy and cyber security litigation, “business of the law” topics, like value-based billing arrangements and vendor management, and other topics that participants identify as of interest.
