The Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM) will be holding their Annual Meeting at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego from February 14-17.

Commercial Litigation Group Partner Greg Call is the moderator on the topic entitled, "Sublicensing Income: Contract Language, Incentives and Opportunities" on February 15. This topic focuses on an in-depth look at sublicensing income provisions in university and medical research center license agreements. The speakers are Sybil A. Lombillo, Ph.D., J.D., Mount Sinai Innovation Partners and Emily Waldron Loughran, M.B.A., University of California, Los Angeles.

Pilar Stillwater, Nate Bualat, Emily Kuwahara and Mark Jansen will also be in attendance.

There is also a cocktail reception Tuesday, February 16, from 6:00-9:00 pm at the Water Grill, 615 J Street in San Diego.
