The potential liability of directors is an issue that is more topical than ever, in particular in light of the new Belgian Companies and Associations Code, and the risks associated with taking up a director's mandate have been increasingly discussed in the press.
During this webinar we aim not only to explain the different grounds for liability, but also to evaluate what are the real risks, based on actual cases.
We are organizing this webinar in collaboration with Zurich Insurance. They will talk, among other things, about concrete cases in which D&O Insurance has intervened.
