Diversity Council
Comprised of a partner-led steering committee, along with counsel, associates, and staff members, Crowell & Moring's Diversity Council mission is to help build and retain a diverse community of legal professionals, which reflects and fosters the firm's commitment to client service through teamwork, innovation, and inclusion.
By collaborating with firm leadership and various departments, the Council has woven this mission into the fabric of the firm, including recruitment, professional development, client engagement, and firm life. Initiatives center on inclusion-based action and dialogue, leadership development, and cultural awareness. All of these work to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment, where all individuals feel respected and valued; everyone has appropriate opportunities to excel; and we recruit, retain, and develop a diverse group of attorneys and staff.
