Crowell & Moring compensates associates at a competitive level commensurate with its role as a leading law firm in Washington, and reviews salary levels annually to ensure that they stay competitive. The starting salary for associates is currently $180,000 per year. In addition, associates who meet a minimum requirement of 2000 billable hours are eligible for year-end bonuses.
