Jason Lynch is an associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office and a member of both the Government Contracts and White Collar practice groups.
In his time at Crowell & Moring, Jason has helped government contractors respond to criminal investigations, navigate bid protests, and defend themselves against False Claims Act allegations. As a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps twice deployed to Iraq, Jason brings a firsthand perspective on the challenges that face contractors at home and abroad. In his capacity as a logistics and motor transport officer, he routinely served alongside civilian contractors in support of coalition forces.
Through his pro bono practice, Jason has represented indigent clients in civil and criminal matters. One particularly rewarding aspect of this practice has been the opportunity to help fellow veterans pursue claims before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Jason earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as managing editor of The Journal of Law & Politics. Jason is not admitted in the District of Columbia; his practice is supervised by partners of the firm.
