Van Nguyen is a counsel in the Commercial Litigation Group of Crowell & Moring, and is a resident of the firm’s California office. Van’s practice areas include commercial construction litigation, pension/retirement law litigation and antitrust litigation. Van has participated in representing clients on a broad range of litigation matters in federal and state courts, and at the appellate and trial court levels.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Van was an associate in the litigation department of Paul Hastings. Van received her law degree from the University of Southern California Law School, where she served as the Articles Editor for the USC Interdisciplinary Law Journal. Van received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Irvine, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Van serves as the California office’s representative on the firm’s Diversity Council and has also served as an associate representative on the Lawyer Development Committee. Van is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and has involvement with the Vietnamese-American Bar Association of Southern California. Van is also a volunteer attorney for the Orange County Public Law Center.
