Martinique E. Busino is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Los Angeles office, where she is a member of the White Collar Crime and Regulatory Enforcement Group.  Martinique’s practice focuses on representing and counseling corporate and individual clients in criminal litigation, internal investigations, and in related civil matters. Most recently, Martinique was second-chair trial counsel in a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) case in the Central District of California.  Martinique also has experience in large, complex commercial litigation including representing clients in private antitrust actions under federal law and the Cartwright Act.  Martinique is involved in the ABA Criminal Justice Section, both as the editor of the White Collar Crime Subcommittee Newsletter and as a member of the FCPA Task Force.  Martinique is also involved with the Los Angeles Criminal Justice American Inn of Court. For the past two years, Martinique has served on the Host Committee for Bienvenidos’ Casino Night fundraising event.
