Frank M. Esposito is a counsel in Crowell & Moring's Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. Resident in the firm's New York office, Mr. Esposito represents the firm's multi-national and national corporate clients through all aspects of their businesses, including commercial, corporate, labor and employment law. Mr. Esposito litigates in federal and state courts across the country and has successfully arbitrated numerous matters for the firm's clients.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Mr. Esposito was an Assistant Corporation Counsel and Senior Counsel in the General Litigation Division of the Office of the Corporation Counsel for the City of New York. As an Assistant Corporation Counsel and Senior Counsel during the Giuliani Administration, Mr. Esposito successfully tried numerous cases in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and had several favorable decisions reported in the Decisions of Interest page of the New York Law Journal. Having represented the highest levels of New York City government through high profile and publicity laden cases, Mr. Esposito brings a wealth of litigation experience to the firm.

Mr. Esposito received his B.A. from Boston University and his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was a Samuel L. Belkin Memorial Scholar and Executive Bench Memoranda Editor for the Cardozo Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Esposito is a member of the Order of the Barrister, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and is admitted to practice in New York State Court, the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and Central District of Illinois.
